Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all client engagements and applies to any individual or entity (“Client”) who purchases, subscribes to, or otherwise participates in any program, service, or offering provided by SheRise Ford and/or The SheRise Enterprise (collectively referred to as “The Company”).
1. General Cancellation Policy and Binding Agreement
By engaging with The Company in any capacity including but not limited to enrollment in programs, scheduling of meetings (virtual or in-person), or purchase of services the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Policy. This Policy is binding unless a separate written agreement is executed by both the Client and The Company.
2. MeetingCancellation Policy and Rescheduling
If a Client cancels a scheduled meeting (in-person or virtual) for any reason, they will be required to wait fourteen (14) business days before rescheduling. This applies regardless of whether the Client is on a monthly retainer or whether the cancellation occurs within the same monthly billing cycle (e.g., if a meeting scheduled for July 20th is canceled, the Client must wait 14 business days to reschedule, which may extend beyond the current monthly term). In such cases, the Client must purchase an additional month of service to obtain a new appointment.
If The Company initiates a cancellation, The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Client’s schedule for rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible at The Company’s sole discretion, a refund or credit may be issued.
3. No Refunds for Client Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable for cancellations initiated by the Client. No credits, partial refunds, or rollovers will be issued unless explicitly agreed to in a separate written and signed agreement.
4. SheRise University – Subscription and Cancellation Policy
SheRise University is a month-to-month web-based subscription. Clients may cancel at any time; however:

No refunds will be issued once a new month has begun and the subscription has been charged.

To avoid renewal charges, cancellations must be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.

For annual subscriptions, Clients may cancel future renewals, but no refunds will be issued for the current year after payment is processed.
5. Consulting, Public Relations, and Red Carpet Services
Cancellations for these premium services are permitted; however, no refunds will be issued without a separately signed agreement expressly providing for refund terms.
6. Exceptions
There are no exceptions to this Policy unless specifically agreed upon in a separate written agreement signed and dated by both the Client and The Company (either The SheRise Enterprise or SheRise Ford personally).
7. Updates and Enforcement
This Policy is subject to change at any time without notice. Continued use of The Company’s services constitutes acceptance of the latest version. The Company reserves the right to enforce this Policy strictly and equitably.
