At The SheRise Enterprise, our refund policy shows we stand tall in our commitment to deliver immediate and transformational value to every client. That’s why we offer PR coaching programs, digital products, done-for-you services, and the SheRise University App with instant access. We invest time, energy, and strategy into designing high-impact tools that support entrepreneurs and entertainers at every level. Our resources help you grow your brand, boost visibility, and stay booked and profitable in the entertainment and business space. Because many of our offers include instant access to proprietary content, we enforce a clear and strict no-refund policy.
This policy applies to all services, programs, templates, trainings, and digital products provided through The SheRise Enterprise.
What This Means:
Once you enroll, purchase, or authorize the agreement, we immediately grant you access to tools, knowledge, and non-returnable assets.
We deliver resources and open access right away—whether you use them or not. That’s why all sales are final.
This policy covers webinars, workshops, coaching calls, strategy sessions, downloads, templates, course enrollments, and memberships. It also includes full access to the SheRise University App and any other digital or service-based offers we provide. We only make exceptions when SheRise Ford, CEO of The SheRise Enterprise, approves it in writing and signs off personally.

We know that investing in building your brand and visibility is a major move and we don’t take that lightly. We encourage all potential clients and customers to:

The SheRise Enterprise does not provide refunds for missed sessions, schedule conflicts, or a perceived lack of results. We do not guarantee results, they’re earned through consistency, implementation, and action on your part. If we ever cancel a group program, workshop, or service without offering a reschedule or replacement, we may issue a credit. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund, but this is at our sole discretion and not guaranteed.
